Mindfulness allows individuals to be aware of their surroundings, develop sensitivity in perceiving every moment and enabling them to accept stressful situations, instead of avoiding them.
Research suggests that mindfulness is a key factor in helping us reduce stress and managing difficult workloads and life commitments.
